1. What 0101 is
0101 sells a catalog of AI agents — software bundles you install into your own environment to use alongside a Claude subscription. Each purchase includes agent templates for Claude Code, Quick-Launch install scripts that provision your server in one click, and the written guides and playbooks that walk you through setup and day-2 operation. We do not host the agents, run their workloads, or store their conversations.
2. Your license
Activating your account grants you a personal, non-transferable license to install and use every agent in the catalog. Your license includes 12 months of updates from the date of purchase. After those 12 months, any agents you already installed continue to work indefinitely on your own machine — those local copies are yours to keep. However, an expired license blocks new downloads from our catalog, including re-downloading older agents you previously installed but no longer have locally. Renew to restore download access and resume receiving new agents and revisions.
3. What you may not do
You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the agents, our playbooks, or our installation scripts. You may not use 0101 to build a competing agent marketplace, or to violate Anthropic's usage policies or any applicable law.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the infrastructure you run the agents on (your laptop, your server, your cloud account), your Claude subscription and API usage, and the content you ask the agents to produce. Because agents run inside your own environment with your own keys — and 0101 has no visibility into or control over what they do there — you are solely responsible for any actions they take and any consequences that follow: modified or deleted files, executed commands, outbound API calls, costs incurred, or damage to your systems or data. This mirrors how you already accept responsibility when using Claude, Claude Code, or any other AI agent directly. 0101 is not liable for outputs generated by, or actions taken by, agents running in your environment. We recommend keeping backups, reviewing what an agent is about to do before approving it, and running new agents in a sandboxed directory the first time.
5. Refunds
Because every purchase delivers immediate access to downloadable agent templates, install scripts, and playbooks, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds at this time. If you run into trouble getting an agent live, reach out — we'll work with you to fix it.
6. Warranty & liability
The agents are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, 0101's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
7. Changes
We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
